Keith Woodard

Keith discovered photography in his late twenties and quickly realised it would become both his art form and his career. Over the decades since, his devotion to black & white has shaped an extensive archive — from Kerry’s coastlines and landscapes to golf, urban life, and places far beyond Ireland.

His archive of Kerry is unmatched, a body of work that captures the county in timeless monochrome and continues to grow year after year. His book publication further reflects this lifelong dedication, offering a lasting record of place and light.

Collected internationally, Keith’s black & white images hang in homes and offices across the globe. Yet he remains most proud of the quiet moments spent wandering Kerry with a camera in hand, continuing to add to the body of work that defines Kerry Monochrome.

Evelyn Woodard

Evelyn’s life and work are deeply rooted in Kerry on Ireland’s west coast. She feels a profound connection to the land of her ancestors, drawn to the spiritual and mythological threads that run through Kerry and Ireland — the unseen energies that move quietly through land and sea.

After an early career in business and corporate travel, she turned to photography — building 20 years of experience of wedding, and portrait work before moving fully into fine art. Her abstract seascapes and colour studies are meditations on stillness, belonging, and light, shaped by both the physical and spiritual presence of place.

Today, Evelyn’s prints live in private and corporate collections around the world. As curator of The Woodard Collection, she shares Keith’s unmatched monochrome archive while adding her own softer, more intuitive voice in abstract colour. Together, their work creates a dialogue between strength and subtlety, memory and renewal, bound always to Kerry.
